Parking / Entrance
There is a new traffic flow for FS Night to Shine 2020!
There will be no vehicles in our upper lot (closest to our gym) to save room for our dancing tent and red carpet areas. Even our limousines will not be entering this space.
No one should park in any space up against the building. The handicapped spaces in front of the entrance under the “West-Ark Church of Christ” sign will be used for a limo pickup area. The entire area closest to the building (on the front side) will be reserved for limos and registration.
NO VEHICLES SHOULD ENTER THE SPACE LABELED “LIMO LANES”.
If you need to drop people off, stay outside the area restricted by orange barrels and caution tape.

Limo Lanes

We will be reserving half of our “most popular” parking lot entrance for limousines, which will back up traffic on to Waldron Avenue even further….which will back up traffic on to Grand Avenue even further.
The safest entrance into either of the parking lots is to use the entrance from Alabama.
The back entrance from Alabama into the WestArk parking lot will be reserved for limousines.
DO NOT USE THIS ENTRANCE!
The front entrance into the WestArk parking lot (from Alabama) is the safest entrance.
Because we are asking you to save the parking closest to the WestArk building for Queens, Kings, and Caregivers, we will be running our church vans to shuttle you from your car to the building.

Once Inside

Registration has changed in small ways.
Buddy check-in will now be ON the stage in the auditorium. Queen / King check-in will be in front of the stage (like 2019).
Non-Buddy check-in will be in front of the canopy, in tents, as in 2019.
There are once again two karaoke rooms. One is accessed from inside, by medical. The second is accessed from the red carpet area (shown in the map below).
Lost people will now be reunited at Medical. If you find someone lost / separated from their Buddy/Queen/King/Caregiver, please deliver them to the medical area.
Red Carpet = Decision Time
As with Night to Shine 2019, Queens, Kings, and their Buddies will have three options after exiting the limo and entering the red carpet.
The dance tent will be to the right (it is MUCH larger this year).
The second karaoke room will be to the left.
Dinner will be straight ahead and down the ramp.
